Inside-Out-Talent showcases the artistic talents of incarcerated individuals. Our mission is to support rehabilitation through creativity while offering the public a glimpse into the unique perspectives of those behind bars.

2. User Conduct

By using this site or contacting any featured artist, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and lawfully.
  • Follow all DOC mail and communication rules for the facility where the artist is housed.
  • Understand that any correspondence or arrangements with an artist are at your own risk.

3. Financial Transactions & Negotiations

All negotiations, agreements, or financial transactions for artwork, commissions, or services are strictly between the buyer and the incarcerated artist. Inside-Out-Talent does not facilitate, process, or mediate payments, and we are not liable for:

  • Payment disputes

  • Quality or delivery of commissioned work

  • Misunderstandings or failed agreements between parties

Please use caution and conduct any transactions lawfully and responsibly in compliance with DOC rules.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Inside-Out-Talent is not responsible for:

  • Personal, legal, or financial arrangements between buyers and artists.
  • Delivery delays, lost correspondence, or DOC-imposed communication restrictions.
  • The content of letters, negotiations, or artwork exchanged.

5. Copyright and Use of Artwork

All artwork displayed is the intellectual property of the artist. You may not reproduce, sell, or use images without written permission from the artist or Inside-Out-Talent.

6. Privacy

We do not collect personal information unless voluntarily submitted. Artist contact info is provided solely for artistic engagement in compliance with DOC rules.

7. Modifications

Inside-Out-Talent reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
